They enable our professional staff to deliver to our clients and are the engine room that keeps our firm ticking.In this role, you will provide high level support to the Partners, Leadership team, and professionals in the Audit team. This is a fast paced and dynamic role and requires a proactive approach to keep one step ahead of the team you support. As an extension of the team, any task that doesn't require specific accounting or audit qualifications will be yours.Because this role is so varied, it's too hard to list every task that will cross your path, but to give you a taste, some of the responsibilities you can expect to work on include:Partner and Professional Support: Researching and investigating information, preparing and formatting tenders, reviewing and formatting written reports, managing work in progress and working with the team to ensure workflow meets critical deadlines.General Administration: Formatting, collating, drafting, editing, and proofreading documents, correspondence, and reports to a high standard. Word processing, data entry, maintaining and updating databases.Communication: Managing and prioritising emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of senior executives. Drafting emails, letters, reports, proposals.Customer/Client Service: Build and manage effective working relationships with both internal and external clients.General Team Support: Coordinate travel, arrange client appointments, meeting room and AV setup.About youYou are an experienced Team Assistant or Administration professional with proven experience in high level administration and support. Accounting or Audit knowledge is not essential as we can teach you that. What we can't teach you is your exceptional communication skills, superior stakeholder engagement, drive, initiative and ability to thrive in a fast paced and changing environment.Through your previous experience you will be able to prove that you have:Proven expertise in administration and support.Exceptional attention to detail.A high degree of discretion and professionalism.Strong organisational and time management skills.Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a strong attention to detail.Intermediate to advanced skills in office software and Microsoft O365.Is this you?
