Your role will focus on supporting educators to implement high-quality language programs, enhancing student learning outcomes, and aligning with national and regional educational standards.
This position is pivotal in driving innovative teaching practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
In this role, you will provide expert advice on curriculum and pedagogy, mentor staff to build capacity, and support the professional development of teachers across diverse school settings.
You will collaborate with key stakeholders to create effective networks and partnerships, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality language education.
Additionally, you will oversee data-driven approaches to enhance teaching practices and implement evidence-based strategies to achieve departmental goals.
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate a solid understanding of national and regional curriculum requirements, particularly in language education for secondary students.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring educators, implementing differentiated teaching strategies, and delivering professional development in diverse educational contexts is essential.
