Palmerston Christian College is a co-educational Primary and Secondary School (Transition – senior years) of over 400 students. Opened in 1988, the college has been providing high-quality Christian Education for over 30 years.

About this role: The Principal will be a trusted leader who will develop teams, lead initiatives, promote the School's Action Plan, serve according to the Board's Strategic Plan, and guide pedagogy according to Christian education and biblical worldview. The Principal will foster relationships and reputation of the College within the local community. The role requires the highest commitment to the Lord, His Word and to Christian Education. Working closely with families and community, the Principal will lead with faith-based values and promote academic excellence. The Principal will serve as part of a cohesive Senior Leadership Team who lead seven schools across the Northern Territory.
