About the role Are you an inspiring secondary school educator ready to make a real impact in alternative education setting? TAFE Gippsland is looking for an experienced VIT registered teacher with a passion for applied learning who can inspire and support students whilst delivering VCE Vocational Major, as well as the Victorian Pathway Certificate. This position will be based at our Bairnsdale campus.
About you A strong understanding of integrated approaches to learning in the Vocational Major and the Victorian Pathways Certificate You can plan and implement authentic, motivating and impactful teaching strategies, leveraging technologies to enhance learning experiences. Ability to monitor and assess student learning, using data to inform teaching practices and provide valuable feedback on student learning growth. You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to build collaborative relationships with students and colleagues. A commitment to reflection and continuous professional development, always striving to elevate the quality of your teaching and learning. Qualifications and experience Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration A relevant teaching qualification Previous applied learning teaching experience.
