Encourages active participation and inquiry-based learning experiences that promote student engagement and facilitate meaningful reflection on scientific concepts and processes. Demonstrates a commitment to implementing a range of assessment methods to evaluate student learning and inform instructional decisions to meet the diverse needs of learners. Works collaboratively with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary lesson plans, participate in curriculum development, and contribute to the overall improvement of the science department.
