The team assists clients with compliance and forward planning for continued business growth.As a key member of the Business and Tax Advisory team, you will:Assist a diverse range of small to medium clients and businesses by providing tax and accounting advice.Work across compliance, tax, accounting, and business/tax advisory for middle market clients.Develop and mentor junior staff members.Engage with and develop client relationships.What We're Looking For:You excel in communicating with clients, presenting, and delivering results.You are organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-oriented.You enjoy working in a dynamic team and assisting others.Experience and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you should have:A degree in Accounting is essential along with an Accountancy Qualification (CA or CPA).Experience working in business and tax advisory services for small to mid-level clients.Proven ability to produce well-researched and clearly articulated tax advice.Tax consultants working at boutique firms are encouraged to apply.
