About The Role
As a Lending Services Officer, your ultimate responsibility is to provide superior service and support to our internal and external customers while working individually or in a team environment.
Our aim is to ensure all allocated tasks are completed accurately and in a timely, efficient manner whilst complying with all Auswide Bank policies and procedures.
No banking or lending experience?
No problem!
On-the-job training and support will be provided within a friendly team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Day to day, your role will include administration duties within one of the following sub-teams:
Loan Variations and Maintenance - support the Bank with maintaining existing loansReleases – prepare and process outgoing settlements and maintenanceDocument Preparation – prepare approved home loans for documentationSecurities – manage our bank's physical security packetsSettlement/Construction – fund our home loans for settlement or construction stagesAbout You
As well as having excellent and effective problem-solving and communication skills, the following would be beneficial:
