Their client base consists of various industries and entities with turnovers of up to $60 million.

They are currently looking for a Tax & Business Services Manager to join the growing team and step into a 50% compliance & 50% advisory role.
Benefits: Flexible working arrangements (2 days WFH & flexible working hours) Monthly mingle in the Brisbane office with staff from all offices Additional day off each month Regular internal training & professional development $110,000 - $150,000 + super salary (depending on experience) Duties and responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of clients from SMEs to multi-entity clients.
Provide strategies to clients in relation to budgeting & cash flow planning, tax structuring, tax planning, business restructuring etc.
Preparing tax compliance for all entities including large groups.
Support the Directors and assist with the strategic direction of the firm.
Assist with the management and supervision of staff including workflow, review and training.
Maintain an ongoing awareness of market/industry and competitor trends and grow your portfolio through continuous improvement initiatives.
About you: CA or CPA qualified.
Experienced in tax accounting & management accounting.
Manager or Supervisor level accountant experienced in managing a portfolio of clients.
Motivated individual with a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and excellent customer service skills.
Ideally 7+ years experience in the public practice accounting industry.
