Appear in the Family Law Courts (Family and Federal Circuit Court) and Magistrates Court.
Represent clients of the Tasmania Legal Aid, under supervision, including providing legal advice and having the carriage of Family Law matters and Child Safety matters.
Act as solicitor and counsel in the Family Law Courts (Family and Federal Circuit Court) and the Magistrates Court.
Participate in mediation and/or conferences including Family Dispute Resolution Conferences on behalf of Tasmania Legal Aid clients in relation to Family Law matters and Child Safety matters.
Perform such other professional work in the Family Law jurisdiction, Child Safety jurisdiction and the Safe at Home practice, as may be directed from time to time.
Admitted or eligible for admission as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Tasmania and the relevant Federal courts.
Current Motor Vehicle Driver's Licence.
