This is a full-time position.About UsTamworth City is one of the largest Clubs in regional New South Wales, with over 150 swimming members.
TCSC is experiencing a 13% annual growth in its numbers, spanning from its newly introduced learn to swim program, and across all squads including the development, intermediate, and senior squads.
TCSC is an Incorporated Association managed by an experienced Committee, supported by a dedicated team of volunteer families.
Competitively, the TCSC team competes annually at NSW Country Championships, NSW State Age (Junior and Senior), National Age, and Australian Swimming Championships, proudly achieving results that rank them in the top 10 in Australia.About YouAs Head Coach of Tamworth City Swimming Club, you will deliver a family-first oriented swimming program that focuses on the development of each and every member, promoting healthy exercise, water safety, and fun.
You will take pride in developing and encouraging a love for swimming regardless of age or ability.
You will have experience in working with swimmers of all ages and stages– from early development stages to transitioning swimmers into nationally competitive athletes.
The Head Coach will primarily be responsible for the competitive squads whilst providing organization and oversight to the Learn to Swim and stroke development programs.
This commitment requires a genuine dedication to the sport and a commitment to delivering programs that are fun, safe, interesting, and challenging to help our swimmers reach their full potential.
