About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a high-profile commercial fit-out project, while working closely with the Director of the business. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end delivery of a major commercial fit-out project independently. Collaborate closely with the Director to align project goals and strategies. Liaise with clients, designers, contractors, and consultants to achieve project objectives. Develop and manage detailed project programs, budgets, and risk frameworks. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Solve project challenges effectively and maintain a strong focus on outcomes. About You 8+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in commercial fit-outs. Proven ability to manage projects independently, from planning through to delivery. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Comprehensive understanding of budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation.
