Job Description Project Leadership: Provide leadership and direction for the data center construction and fitout project. Client Representation: Act as the primary point of contact for all client-side matters, advocating for our needs and ensuring alignment with project objectives. Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams. Scope & Schedule Management: Develop and manage a comprehensive project scope document (PSD) and a detailed project schedule, proactively identifying and mitigating risks that could impact timelines. Budget Control: Maintain a strict budget and track all project expenditures, ensuring cost-effective delivery. Contract Administration: Oversee all construction and fitout contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC): Implement a robust QA/QC program to guarantee the project meets all data center industry standards and best practices. Communication & Reporting: Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular progress reports and updates. Qualifications 5-10+ years' relevant experience in large-scale Greenfield / Brownfield projects in the Data Centre industry (or similar highly serviced asset class) across the entire project lifecycle. Bachelor's degree or higher (e.g. Project Management/ Engineering/ Architect/ Building Construction/Quantity Surveying, etc.); Diploma with 10 years or greater trade experience of which >5 years should be in a management position (e.g. Electrician, Building Controls, etc.); Delivers an exciting team vision, which inspires others to perform beyond their initial aspirations. Promotes an inclusive and consultative approach to team management, encouraging and recognising positive contribution from the individual. Provides guidance, support and motivation.
