The Role Administering equipment prescriptions Conducting home modifications Implementing falls prevention measures Pressure care management Completing Daily Living (ADL) assessments Making recommendations for other necessary supports and services to ensure our patients receive the best possible care Providing functional assessments using a range of tools and approaches Designing & implementing client-centred, evidence-based interventions Designing therapy plans that are holistic, centred around a person's aspirations and defining clear outcomes Working proactively to adapt and maximise each person's environment, reduce barriers, support the development of skills and identify new ways to engage clients and support them to participate and thrive Writing comprehensive reports and maintaining appropriate clinical documentation Maintaining and updating clinical skills through professional development Working independently while having access to resources, supervision, support, professional development and colleagues within the service What's on Offer Attractive salary with opportunities for advancement Flexible hours tailored to your lifestyle Continuous professional development options Supportive, collaborative multidisciplinary team environment Requirements Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) – Occupational Therapy Board Current Driver's Licence New graduates are encouraged to apply— Structured mentorship to support your career journey!
