About the Role
In this pivotal position, the Talent Partner will lead local, national, and international talent acquisition efforts, closely collaborating with the Director of People and Operations. The primary responsibility will be to attract and onboard top talent, particularly for roles such as Early Childhood Teachers, Educators, and inclusion support specialists. The Talent Partner will manage comprehensive end-to-end recruitment processes, from obtaining role approvals, to coordinating interviews and ensuring seamless onboarding, while developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with wider organizational goals. Building and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions, industry networks, and professional associations will also be a key part of this role, ensuring the organization continues to source the best talent available.
About the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within the education, retail, or not-for-profit sectors. A strong background in international recruitment is desirable, as is the ability to welcome and integrate new cultures into the wider organisation.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess the following:
An independent and proactive hard-working work ethic
Excellent relationship building skills, and the ability to integrate into a new community seamlessly
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated success in working in fast paced, dynamic environments
A genuine passion and interest for education. This is critical, due to the environment and nature of this position. Candidates who currently have, or are enthusiastic about obtaining their Cert III in childcare, will be highly regarded.
