About the role :

The Talent Partner is responsible for driving our company's growth by leading the recruitment process and managing key aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Reporting to the People & Culture Partner, you will focus on delivering a seamless experience for both candidates and employees while contributing to broader People & Culture projects.
You will oversee the full recruitment life cycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent. In addition, you will take ownership of onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring they are conducted smoothly and effectively. You will also support initiatives related to performance, learning and development, and other People & Culture projects as needed.
This opportunity will commence as a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to move into a permanent position.

Responsibilities :

Recruitment Leadership: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles, ensuring a high standard of candidate experience and aligning hires with the company's growth objectives.

Onboarding & Offboarding: Support the onboarding and offboarding processes by ensuring a seamless transition from recruitment and offer stage to employee onboarding. Work closely with managers to prepare for new hires, while owning tasks such as onboarding calls, exit interviews, and employee check-ins.

Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand departmental needs, providing strategic talent advice and support.

Employee Engagement Support: Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, including performance management, learning and development, and other People & Culture projects.

Platform Support: Contribute to the effective use of HR and talent management platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Teamtailor, HiBob, and Deel to support recruitment and people operations.

Employee Relations Support: Assist the People & Culture Partner in addressing and supporting various aspects of the employee lifecycle, including any employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with company values and best practices.

Communication: Ensure internal communication and requests are responded to in a timely and respectful manner. Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication with candidates, employees, and stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust across all levels of the organisation.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve recruitment, onboarding, and other people processes, contributing to a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Skills and behaviours :

Excellent people skills with an ability to build connections quickly in a professional, engaging, and impactful way.

Proven digital recruitment experience, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.

An understanding of roles and functions within an eCommerce/digital agency environment.

Prior experience supporting HR-related tasks such as employee check ins, onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement is a huge advantage.

Efficiency and strong attention to detail across internal tasks and communication.

Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.

Proven capability to work autonomously, running with new ideas, tasks, and projects with minimal supervision.

A hands-on approach with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects to completion.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, and adhere to time pressures and deadlines.

No ego mentality with an openness to receiving feedback.

Experience within a digital agency or tech company is favourable.
