In partnership with the Heads of People and People Business partners, you will be working with our House of Brands on career and performance management, succession planning, High Potential and talent identification and leadership and capability build (including design & facilitation) for our retail team members.Key AccountabilitiesTalent ManagementCreate and manage talent development initiatives, including potential assessment, succession planning and development plans in partnership with Retail BPs, HO People – Stores and HO Retails in accordance with the CRG talent strategy (end-to-end)Compile talent data across retail to generate insights and opportunities across the groupSupport and track High Potential development initiatives and support engagement and retention efforts through targeted development opportunities (70:20:10)Provide and track talent data/analysis.Continuously evolve and support the retail career pathwayCoach managers on how to use the resources and tools available to encourage a career in retail and increase the number of internal movesCreate a program that extends the current retail career pathway by including career options to move from retail into support centre rolesRegularly review retail role profiles and establish learning maps to build capability that enables moving between rolesUpskill managers on career conversations and provide/build appropriate resources.Performance ManagementAct as the custodian of the CRG performance cycle and process and upskill managers / teams / on managing cyclical activitiesWork in partnership with Heads of People and people business partners on communication and engagement plan, timelines and any recommended changes (in line with WHL timeframes)Support retail throughout the performance management cycle, working closely with BPs/HO on goal setting, mid- and end-year activities.Learning & DevelopmentIdentify and assess development needs through various methods, including stakeholder interviews, data from talent forums, business strategy, industry trends and performance data analysis (annual cycle and ad-hoc)Design and execute learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance; with a view to build future capabilities with the 70:20:10 framework in mind (diverse learning methods)In partnership with Talent & Learning Manager – Stores, design, deliver and evaluate innovative learning and development programs & initiatives to delivery strategy. Regularly update programs based on business requirements, researching and utilising best practice/future trends to keep programs effective (with 70:20:10 framework in mind)Own the content and program delivery of the IGNITE leadership program. Continuously review program and adapt in accordance with retail strategy/business requirements, feedback and industry trendsFacilitate core programs (Ignite/Inspire/VBL), offerings from the annual training calendar and bespoke workshops/solutions as needed.OnboardingIn partnership with Onboarding & Learning Design Lead, continuously evolve and build on the current F90 content and offeringsSupport and coach managers on the most effective way to utilise F90 and all available resources, providing insights from on/off-boarding surveys and completion rates analytics.Minimum RequirementsFormal qualification in Organisational Development, Human Resources or related fields OR equivalent professional knowledge and experienceCertification in Insights and coaching practices (desirable)Experience in a business partnering role (general HR/wider OD)Experience with facilitating the end-to-end talent management process, including practical application of potential assessment frameworks (learning agility) and succession planningKnowledge of performance management cycle, practices and systemsExperience with design, development and roll-out of career pathways/competency frameworksTrack record in delivering successful Organisational Development projects and supporting major organisational changeKnowledge of theory and good practice in Leadership Development, Adult Learning, and Learning Management SystemsExperience with design and facilitation of training and workshopsExperience in project management and budgetingExperience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms (desirable)Why work for CRG?The Country Road Group is one of Australasia's largest Lifestyle Brand Houses comprising of iconic brands such as Country Road, POLITIX, Trenery, Witchery and MIMCO.
