One of our clients is looking for a solutions manager to lead the technical team and make sure the solutions are fit for purpose.
The Solution Manager here will determine the direction of solutions.
Responsibilities:

The Solutions Manager would be from a functional perspective .
A key part of this role will be mentoring others, assisting them, and driving the process to achieve the right outcomes.
Someone who comes with leadership / people management experience.
Manage and align team activities and processes.
Provide a clear direction, purpose and context for your team's work, setting clear targets with agreed deliverables and timeframes for each team member.
Define and manage project initiatives including scope, approach, facilitation and resource planning.
Working with the business to support new initiatives, strategic projects and to enhance the production environment of business-critical applications.
Support business as usual processes and enable efficient business practices.
Facilitate change management activities with minimal disruption.
Consult and facilitate open communications with key stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
