About the OpportunityWe are seeking a dynamic Talent Development Specialist to join the team at ASC Osborne SA on a 12-month contract!
As our Talent Development Specialist, you will support the design, development and implementation of the Talent Management Frameworks including overall governance, processes, and alignment of talent strategies across the business.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure that Talent framework, governance, process and education is embedded in the business, with leaders and employees having a clear understanding of their role and requirements.Manage the design, implementation and ongoing maintenance of PageUp and IFS (Talent) and provide technical support to all users.Ensure PageUp is successfully utilised to foster and drive ongoing performance and ensure IFS (Talent) is successfully implemented and integrated to enable Talent Review.Ensure Performance and Development Plans are completed in an efficient, effective and consistent manner across the business.Drive the Talent Review and monitor follow up actions across ASC, ensuring process and timelines are adhered to, and outputs are meaningful.Work collaboratively with broader Organisational Development Team to ensure alignment between needs identified within the Talent Review and the development of Talent Programs to close capability gaps.High Level of Stakeholder management and engagement with Nuclear and Capability Development Group, People and Culture team, leaders, colleagues.Continuous improvement of the performance and talent process, documentation and education to support the business.About youTertiary qualifications in Human Resources or relevant field; coupled with demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Talent Management solutions.Demonstrated professional experience in HR/ Learning and development.Strong Stakeholder management & engagement skills, strong ability to influence others and strong negotiation skills.Strong people, learning and development focus, with the ability to support leaders, teams and individuals in achieving their capability and skills development goals.Ability to work at a strategic level as well as "hand on" to design, implement and facilitate activities.Excellent Written and verbal communication skills.High level of confidentiality and professionalism with proven ability to act with integrity on sensitive organisational and people matters.EligibilityThis role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
