We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Human Resources professional to enhance our Talent & Culture team.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in Human Resources while directly supporting the Talent & Culture Manager.

Job DescriptionLead initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.End-to-end recruitment activity, maintaining a strong talent pipeline.HRIS management, data entry and maintain employee records.Onboarding and offboarding, conduct First Day Inductions with new team members.Provide coaching and support to leaders on talent administration, training and performance management.Handle team member grievances with professionalism and sensitivity.Regularly review and update the hotel induction process to reflect changing conditions and ensure all new employees receive comprehensive training.Assist in reward and recognition programs, and delivering training sessions.Ensure health, safety and welfare of all staff is provided for and assist in the effective operation of the WHS Committee.QualificationsHolds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.Experienced HR generalist with a passion for workplace culture.Strong communicator with the ability to engage diverse teams.Creative problem solver with the ability to genuinely connect with others.Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Previous hospitality experience is highly regarded.Full working rights in Australia.Additional InformationWhat We Offer:
