Duties and responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a broad range of roles, including volume recruitment of sales agents, customer service and retention agents. Effective collaboration and relationship management with hiring managers and other key stakeholders. Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track recruitment metrics and performance, and provide relevant insights. Lead process improvement activities to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness. Actively contribute to enhancing the Neilson Financial Services brand in the recruitment market. Collaborate with various teams to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and execute efficiently. Work independently to deliver multiple high-volume recruitment projects. Assist in collecting documents from new hires, managing background check documentation, and communicating with candidates. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Provide support for various HR initiatives and projects as needed. Qualifications About you Proven experience in talent attraction, with deep experience in volume recruitment. Proficiency in creating, managing and gaining insights from reporting dashboards. Experience in leading process improvement activities. Knowledge of the financial services industry is advantageous. Collaboration: Working closely with stakeholders to understand the need, develop the right strategies and effectively execute them.
