You will partner with hiring leaders to understand their resourcing plans and hiring needs and develop social and contemporary recruitment campaigns to attract and onboard team members who live and breathe our values.In collaboration with workforce planning, you will develop an understanding of current and future talent needs and design and implement creative recruitment campaigns to attract and secure the rare and hard-to-find talent through partnering with agencies, proactive searches, market mapping, and talent pooling.Joining our team in this in-house recruitment opportunity allows you to perform meaningful work where your contribution is visible and will shape the future of clean energy in Queensland.About youYou'll have a background in in-house &/or agency recruiting, ideally with experience in engineering, construction, or consulting. This role will best suit someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment, where adaptability and the ability to handle ambiguity are key. You are focused on delivering value & sourcing great talent, with high-quality customer service, solid influencing skills, and demonstrate reliability and accountability.
