The Talent and Culture Business Partner for Restaurants & Bars will provide an advisory service to the Food and Beverage outlets located on Level 2 and Level 5 of the Sofitel property.
Your role plays a critical part in the development and implementation of the people plan to support the business in achieving its strategic goals through increased operating performance, improved employee engagement, developing and focusing on people capability, and providing effective change management.
Qualifications Minimum 4 years' experience in an HR positionBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fieldsExperience working within the Hospitality Industry Group Award (HIGA)Additional Information Strong stakeholder managementExperience in managing employee relation mattersAdvanced communication and conflict resolution skillsExperience in Work, Health, and Safety relation mattersManagement of full end-to-end employee lifecyclePrevious experience in the Restaurant and Bar industry (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
