Talent Administrator

Talent Administrator Opportunity Are you a highly organized professional with a passion for supporting recruitment and administrative activities?
We are looking for a Talent Administrator to join a dynamic team, assisting in the onboarding process, maintaining records, liaising with stakeholders, and contributing to process improvements in a large-scale transformation program.
Key Responsibilities: Manage onboarding processes, coordinate documentation, IT equipment, and inductions.
Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and track activities for reporting purposes.
Work with procurement to streamline candidate engagement activities.
Provide administrative support for recruitment activities, including scheduling, document preparation, and notifying candidates.
Key Criteria: Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proven organizational skills, delivering results within tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively at all levels.
Experience in recruitment or administration, with a focus on continuous improvement.
