Mindset Health is looking for a junior-mid level Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us shape the future of digital health!
Role Overview:
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our talent activities, ensuring we attract and retain the brightest stars in the industry. You'll work closely with our People & Culture team and hiring managers to build high-performing teams that will take Mindset Health to new heights.
Our team follows a hybrid model working out of our office in Cremorne, so we'd love to see applications from those based in (or willing to relocate to) Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from crafting compelling job descriptions to seamless onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment advice
Help to implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Enhance our employer brand and market presence through creative initiatives
Leverage data and analytics to continuously improve our recruitment processes and outcomes
Ensure all recruitment practices align with any legal requirements and industry best practices
What You'll Bring to the Role:
Strong end-to-end recruitment experience with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring exceptional candidates
Strong interviewing skills and the ability to assess candidates effectively
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics and make informed decisions
Adaptability and flexibility to focus on multiple roles at once whilst working on smaller branding/people initiatives
Understanding of industry trends and labour market conditions
Passion for promoting company values and creating a positive candidate experience for all
