Kaseya Sydney is one of our fastest growing offices and as such we need an expert Sales Recruiter who can help accelerate this growth & take responsibility for:
Driving full life-cycle recruitment process for corporate-level open positionsReach out to passive candidates with Enterprise access to LinkedInMake recommendations and influence hiring managers on best practicesAct as a partner to the business in identifying the right talentBe a skilled negotiator in the delivery of employment offersNetwork externally for referrals and keep us up-to-date on branding trendsStrive to achieve and exceed monthly goalsUnderstand the importance of pipeline data and the story it tellsAs a valued partner to the business, your recommendations and influence on hiring managers' best practices will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition strategy.
You will demonstrate your keen eye for identifying the right talent, ensuring that our team is equipped with top-notch individuals who align with our goals.
The Ideal Candidate? You have:
A minimum of 2.5 year's recruitment experience (agency or in-house) - we move fast so need someone who can hit the ground runningPrior experience recruiting in sales, business development, account management and customer success - you need to understand what makes a great candidateExcellent internal stakeholder management - you will be working directly with Kaseya's executive teamNo issues with being in our Downtown Sydney office 5 days a week - this is part of our strategy & DNASo, why should you consider Kaseya?
