About the role We're on the hunt for our newest Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist.
Reporting to the Global Head of TA, and with support from senior team members, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of functions e.g.
Winemaking / Growing, Sales, Marketing, Direct to Consumer, etc.
On top of creating a great hiring experience, we're also passionate about evolving our Global TA function, so you get lots of exposure to projects you can contribute to.
Please note: we work in a hybrid environment with three anchor days in the office (Tue/Wed/Fri), and this role can either be based in Melbourne @ 161 Collins St office or Adelaide @ Magill Estate.
You will be responsible for: Engaging with Hiring Managers to successfully deliver recruitment assignmentsCreating an exemplary candidate and hiring manager experienceUtilising a variety of sourcing channels and technologies to uncover, nurture and deliver talentEnsuring a consistent application of the relevant Recruitment / HR policies and processesSupporting project initiatives across EVP, technology, process and IE&DAbout you We are searching for a motivated individual who is an expert problem solver and good at getting to the bottom of something.
You'll be someone who feels at ease in a hands-on role and will be able to roll up your sleeves to deliver in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
