With proven experience and expertise across the project lifecycle, we work with local communities and our customers to lead the transition to Australia's clean energy future.We are 100% Australian owned and have 1.1 gigawatts (GW) of renewable energy in operation and an Australian development pipeline of 20GW.The RoleWe are seeking a talented and highly motivated candidate with the ability to manage the resourcing and recruitment processes for Squadron Energy.Key responsibilities:Contribute to the ongoing development and execution of talent acquisition strategy, identifying key metrics for talent acquisition objectives across SQE including digital and social media value propositions.Create and post job advertisements across various platforms to attract potential candidates.Act as primary recruitment contact for your client groups, sourcing suitable candidates for key positions both individually and through the team.Act as a key point of contact for external recruitment agencies, maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders and meeting with agencies when necessary.Participate in the recruitment process cycle, from approved vacancies through to selection and onboarding, in the process providing strategic advice to Hiring Managers on appropriate sourcing and candidate attraction strategies.Coordinate and participate in interviews and actively contribute to the selection process as part of the hiring panel.Ensure exceptional candidate care, providing every internal and external applicant with a positive experience, regardless of outcome.Partner with and support the P&C team to leverage external education, industry and recruitment partnerships, including learning institutions, and Universities to ensure a robust sourcing pipeline.Undertake proactive sourcing practices that minimise advertising and agency spend and pitches the team as an internal talent agency.Provide regular metrics and reports to the business and Talent Acquisition team.About youYou will have:Minimum of 3 years' experience in the HR/recruitment industry.Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, and/or business-related disciplines.Experience with understanding job boards and developing talent pools for key business critical roles.Ability to manage competing priorities to balance operational and strategic demands.Ability to hire in a fast-paced service industry as well as managing stakeholders up to executive level.What's on OfferIn addition to a competitive remuneration package combined with attractive benefits, employees have the opportunity to access training and career development, and workplace flexibility.
