Our AI-powered software generates insights that ensure electrical utilities maximise reliability, optimise operations, and integrate renewable energy sources seamlessly into the grid. The Opportunity: As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Gridsight, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our team, spearheading efforts to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent across a diverse range of roles—from highly technical engineers to dynamic sales and customer success positions – in both Australia and abroad. Core Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles, primarily spanning technical (software engineering, product, data engineering, data science, etc.) and commercial teams (sales, solution engineering, etc.);Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business needs; lead the drafting of job descriptions in partnership with hiring teams;Proactively identify and engage candidates using creative sourcing strategies across platforms, networks, and talent communities;Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring a human, transparent hiring journey;Collaborate with Head of People to build and promote Gridsight's employer brand, ensuring mission resonates with prospective candidates;Leverage recruitment metrics to continuously refine and improve hiring strategies, ensuring efficiency and quality in the process.Your Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 3-5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within high-growth startups; proven success in hiring across a variety of functions, with a focus on technical and commercial roles.High-Growth Mindset: You thrive in dynamic environments; you're energised by the challenges and opportunities that come with scaling teams rapidly.Business Acumen: You're not just a recruiter—you're a strategic partner to the business. You have the demonstrated ability to prioritise hiring for roles according to organisational need.Tools: Demonstrated proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms/tools.Emotional Intelligence: You understand the importance of connecting talent to the "right" opportunities; you have demonstrated experience delivering "quality" over "quantity" candidates/hires.Self-starter Mentality: You're able to independently prioritise tasks and manage time effectively with minimal oversight.Ways We Work:Remote-first, office-optional: Do you work your best from home, in office, or a mix of both? Either way, we've got you covered.Work flexibly, communicate frequently: No hard and fast core working hours, and asynchronous communication is embraced [unless you have client commitments, of course]; transparency is the name of the game.Travel occasionally, banter continuously: Attend in-person working weeks once per quarter and a retreat once per year; working together IRL may be infrequent, but the chats [and emojis] never stop.
