The Role Are you a specialised recruiter with a knack for finding top-tier talent?
The Town of Port Hedland is seeking a talented individual with specific skills in Talent Acquisition to join our team on a full-time fixed-term contract.
In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the Town attracts and retains the best talent while providing an exceptional candidate experience.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will provide dedicated support and guidance to managers and senior leaders to ensure strategic recruitment efforts.
You will proactively build talent pipelines, using your specialised skills to identify and engage with top talent while developing sourcing strategies that align with the organisation's goals and values.

Your responsibilities will include engaging with stakeholders to identify their requirements, executing best practice sourcing strategies, and managing day-to-day recruitment processes to ensure data integrity and consistent candidate communications.
Additionally, you will play a vital role in facilitating the onboarding of new hires, coordinating recruitment events, and supporting the Town's Strategic Workforce Plan.
