This role reports to the Senior Business Partner, within the People, Partnering and Operations division. The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for strategically executing the end-to-end hiring process at YVW. It has shared accountability for YVW Diversity, Equity and Inclusion objectives and targets as well as contributing to YVW culture and strategic goals.

Your key responsibilities Manage internal and external recruitment processes end-to-end, from job brief to appointment of successful candidate, including:
Apply a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion lens to each stage of the process, working to reduce barriers for underrepresented groups. Coach and support hiring managers to take a broad approach to recruitment, aligning skills of candidates to the role and understanding impacts of bias. Undertake job briefs with hiring managers and support them to complete shortlisting, interviews and assessments. This may include phone screening, scheduling of interviews, recommendation and facilitation of assessments, interpretation of results and developing interview questions. Proactively build, maintain and utilise talent pools to source a diverse pool of candidates. Oversee the delivery of bulk assessment centres for volume recruitment such as Customer Care (call centre) and assist with Vacation and Graduate Programs. Ensure a high level of candidate care, ensuring communication is timely, informative and inclusive. What we're looking for End-to-end recruitment experience, ideally covering Engineering and IT. Proven experience applying a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion lens to recruitment practices and recruiting underrepresented groups. Ability to partner with, advise, and influence hiring managers in a consultative manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven customer and candidate centric mindset.
