We deliver holistic workforce solutions, including RPOs and MSPs, to solve the challenges our customers face today, tomorrow and in the future.We are currently recruiting for a Manager to lead several outsourced MSP solution accounts based in Melbourne.Your new roleAs a manager, you will play a critical role in the achievement of strategic objectives including proactively identifying process improvements, trends and insights and determining priorities. We're looking for someone who can proactively support multiple clients and seek out opportunities to expand upon the current portfolio of solutions. You will be responsible for successfully managing service delivery for a portfolio of outsourced solutions along with:Set and drive the strategic direction of your programs, through service improvement and evolution roadmapsJoin and work collaboratively with an existing and highly successful team of Managers and DirectorsManage a group of 2-3 direct reports developing and shaping a high-performance culture within the team aligning with our Hays valuesLead and be accountable for all performance, productivity, and profitability of your client accountsDrive a culture of service excellence, continuous improvement, risk mitigation and opportunity realisation, to improve the ROI for us and our clients.What you'll need to succeed:We hire based on potential and our people are diverse with many different backgrounds. As an experienced recruiter and leader, you will already have 5+ years in a recruitment environment, with a preference for involvement in an MSP account, and at least 1+ years in a direct people management-based role.
