About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join the Employee Experience team. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager you will be at the forefront of developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract and secure top talent within your Corporate services and Social Services portfolios with the assistance of your team Resourcer. You will provide expert advice on best practices, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and contribute to organisational strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities Include
Designing and implementing effective recruitment campaigns and talent pipelines.
Providing specialist advice on recruitment strategies and trends.
Leading ongoing improvements for recruitment systems and policies.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve workforce objectives.
About You
You are a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive end-to-end recruitment experience, known for your exceptional ability to manage stakeholder engagement and stakeholder expectations. Your expertise allows you to consult effectively with stakeholders, providing valuable insights into market and sourcing strategies. Ideally, you have managed a Corporate Services portfolio, handling everything from administration roles to Executive Leadership Team positions. Your resilience and resourcefulness shine through, especially when you need to utilide alternative sourcing methods beyond traditional job boards.
You thrive in environments of ambiguity and are adept at navigating the complexities of implementing new systems, such as an ATS. You possess a natural inclination towards coaching and mentoring, and while you may not leadership experience, you are eager for an opportunity to step into a team lead role. Working in a hybrid model, you are adept at maintaining strong engagement with both your team and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
