Senior Supervisor

Job Description
Short term opportunity to work with leading Tier 1 contractor overseeing large civil and earthworks package on METRONETS Byford Rail Extension project, based in Armadale.
The Role
As a Senior Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating construction activities on-site. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. From managing subcontractors to implementing best practices in health and safety, you will be at the forefront of driving project success.
This position is an initial 2–3 month contract, however due to an ever-changing schedule it could lead to further work.
It is also an ASAP start so the ideal candidate will be able to start within 1-2 weeks.
Skills & Experience
Experience working with a Tier 1 or 2 contractor would be beneficial. 5 + years' experience in a supervisory role within the earthworks or construction industry Strong knowledge of earthmoving equipment, techniques, and safety protocols Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
