The Organisation
One of Australia's famous success stories, this ASX-listed business has a global footprint and a diverse business profile that blends a vast distribution and retail/wholesale network. Underpinned by a deep connection to their customer markets, they are well known as innovators within their industry and are committed to the development of solutions that enhance their customer environments.
The Opportunity
Joining the Talent Acquisition Leadership team and reporting through to the TA Manager, the TA Lead will oversee and manage the end-to-end volume-based recruitment program. Importantly, the TA Lead will be responsible for leading the strategic lift of the function – developing and introducing solutions that both modernise and elevate ways of working to align with new business strategy.
You will:
Lead the volume recruitment team of TA advisors and partners and create and embed data, performance, culture and capability frameworks and measures that both lift the function and enable more strategic engagement with business stakeholders.
Partner closely with the TA Manager in the development and implementation of a broader TA program – including EVP, candidate experience, assessment, onboarding and their careers website.
Collaborate across a high-performing team and leverage existing capabilities and know-how to coach and guide team members to generate forward-thinking and aligned talent outcomes.
Manage a small portfolio of recruitment to ensure that you are hands-on and close to the candidate experience.
About you:
Previous experience in a volume-based recruitment function is ideal; however, we will consider TA experience that has come from environments with complex stakeholder groups (e.g., geographically dispersed) and in fast-paced, commercial settings.
Experience as a leader is important, and we will be looking for the demonstrated capability to set targets, drive performance and guide operational excellence within a TA/Recruitment function.
You will have a strong continuous improvement mindset and be able to share examples of approaches and outcomes you have undertaken to enhance operational and strategic outcomes.
This is a flexible workplace with many benefits; however, as a team leader, a need to spend time in the business is expected. You will be well supported in a business that has a high care factor and a huge amount of passion for what they do.
If you are confident that your experience reflects the above criteria, please apply online. Initial queries can be directed to Alex Mummé at ******.
Please note applications will close on Thursday 15th August.
