The role: This newly created People and Culture Opportunity, reporting to the Head of P&C, is to manage their team on a Permanent Full Time basis. In this role, you will lead the P&C function ensuring the efficient and high-quality delivery of P&C services across the business and its associated entities.
This is a truly generalist position and you will have the ability to work on a variety of tasks, projects and become exposed to several industries. This role will suit an agile HR professional who is able to handle ambiguity and who thrives in a busy environment.
Responsibilities: Lead the generalist P&C team, serving as an escalation point, while delegating and supervising service delivery to ensure optimal stakeholder satisfaction.Oversee and support talent acquisition processes, fostering creative talent strategies and maintaining high standards of excellence.Offer coaching, guidance, and solution-oriented advice to the team and people leaders, applying your expertise in end-to-end case management to resolve complex people-related issues.Provide advice and ensure compliance with all P&C policies and processes, including OH&S and relevant legislation. Drive the successful execution of P&C programs, initiatives, and projects.To be successful in this role: You will have at least 3 years of experience working within a HR Business Partner role, or experience working as a HR Manager.Extensive expertise in the Fair Work Act and other employment legislation.Exceptional attention to detail.
