The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is central to the TA team, reporting to the APAC TA Operations Manager. The role is not just about providing support and coordination services but about supporting SEEK's mission of having the very best talent working in an organisation that puts people at the centre of everything we do.As our professional Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be highly organised and meticulous, with high energy and a positive attitude. You will be someone who efficiently and successfully organises and coordinates high-volume interviews and project work activities and loves to have fun along the way. The role supports activity across the APAC region.Key ResponsibilitiesScheduling video and face-to-face interviews with internal team members and candidates across multiple time zones.Communicates professionally and maintains a high level of confidentiality always, both internally and externally.Management of the recruitment inbox and other support channels, ensuring all requests and candidate communications are actioned with speed and efficiency.Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system information to ensure accurate and timely reporting.Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.Assist the team with priority and project work, which will enhance the way we operate as a team and our ability to service the business.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in a support or coordination role.Experience in managing multiple calendars in Outlook.Exceptionally well organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks appropriately to meet deadlines.Excellent attention to detail, ensuring documents and emails are proofread before sending to internal and external customers.Customer-first, professional manner in style, presentation, communication, and delivery.Task, results, and delivery focused with the ability to deal with conflicting priorities.Self-motivated and able to show initiative without waiting for someone to tell you what to do.Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is a must-have.Additional InformationAt SEEK we offer:Annual Performance Bonus Plan.Support of flexible working, including a mix of office and work from home days depending on your role.Paid and unpaid leave benefits including Personal Flexi Days and Volunteer Days, as well as the opportunity to purchase additional leave.Support for parents with 14 weeks paid primary carers leave and 2 weeks paid leave for partners.At SEEK, we are passionate about fostering a culture of inclusion and wellbeing that embraces and values the diversity of our people.
