Recruitment Resourcer

Evoke Staffing are currently looking for an eager Recruitment Resourcer to join our thriving temporary division team in Swindon.
Location of this role: South Marston, Swindon
Salary: From 24,000 pa.
Duties: included below but not limited to:
Use of job boards and other platforms to source candidates. Matching candidates to suitable required roles. Helping candidates find their dream jobs. Registering candidates. Answering incoming calls. Assist candidates with their CV's. Administrative duties on in-house CRM system. Co-ordinating with the wider Evoke team. Full ongoing training will be provided.
Key skills needed: Clear and confident communication skills, attention to detail, pro-active, able to use own initiative, organised, motivated, and personable.
Previous experience within recruitment would be advantageous, however any customer service background will be considered.
