Key Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance to the chairperson and selection panels to champion top-tier recruitment and selection practices. Ensure seamless and compliant delivery of large-scale recruitment, selection, and onboarding initiatives, aligning with regulations and organisational protocols. Collaborate closely with selection panel chairpersons, conducting thorough risk assessments on candidates to inform decision-making in accordance with SAAS/SA Health Policy/Procedure. Drive the smooth facilitation of onboarding processes, ensuring new hires seamlessly integrate into the organisation. Enhance recruitment practices through review and implementation of continuous improvement strategies, optimising business workflows.
