Position Overview Join our passionate and dynamic team of experts as we disrupt the automotive industry and embark on a talent transformation journey that involves processes, systems, employer branding, and operations.
Reporting to the Head of Talent, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner will play a critical role in embedding the talent attraction, selection, and retention strategies whilst partnering with both Operations and Store Support leadership teams.
Accountabilities Manage end-end high-volume recruitment across Operations and our Corporate office.Partner with key stakeholders to understand and anticipate current and future workforce requirements and align with proactive sourcing strategies.Generate monthly reports highlighting key data and insights to assist the business in making commercial decisions.Provide hiring leader training and coaching to ensure alignment with best practices and the delivery of a fair and equitable recruitment process.Act as a brand ambassador for mycar by promoting our culture and values by providing immersive brand experiences.Develop relationships with external recruitment partners, including colleges, schools, and other talent acquisition vendors.Champion transformation initiatives to drive continuous improvement across your portfolio and the business.Support/champion ad-hoc talent projects as outlined in the TA strategy.Success Profile 3+ years' end-end recruitment expertise in an internal talent acquisition function.Experience supporting the development and facilitation of early career programs (Apprentice Program expertise highly desirable).Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Experience developing targeted and proactive sourcing strategies in industries with skills shortages.Proficiency in using HRIS and ATS platforms– Dayforce Ceridian is desirable.Experience across operational transformation, automation, and employer branding is highly desirable.Belonging at mycar At mycar, we value each person's diverse backgrounds, experiences, and contributions; what makes you unique makes us better!
