About you
We are seeking an enthusiastic and team-orientated individual to provide exceptional recruitment and retention services for ourCommunity Aged Care,Disability & Social Services divisions. This position is a full-time role and is based at our head office located on St Kilda Rd.
The key duties of this role include but are not limited to:
Coordinating and managing end to end recruitment processes.
Managing the talent pool and developing new talent streams as required.
Create and manage job advertisements on various online platforms to attract candidates.
Partner with our Hiring Managers to attract and retain exceptional staff
Own the e-recruit system and use it to streamline our service offering to candidates and Hiring Managers.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience managing end to end recruitment processes within a healthcare setting.
High energy and resilience. Persistence to improve JCV's recruitment processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated experience in liaising with a wide range of internal and external clients.
Knowledge of employment legislation, regulations, Awards, Industrial Agreements
Experience with HRIS system and PageUp
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
A proactive problem-solver
Excellent administrative and organisation skills
