The Opportunity Reporting to the Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition Lead, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to WesCEF's ongoing success by delivering exceptional Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Onboarding services.
You will work closely with leaders and team members across WesCEF, as well as external stakeholders, to attract and onboard top talent while continuously improving recruitment and onboarding processes and practices.
Key responsibilities include: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, develop sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and optimise onboarding experiences.Advise and collaborate with hiring managers on role profiles, sourcing approaches, and candidate assessments.Identify opportunities to enhance and automate talent acquisition systems and processes.Foster an inclusive and engaging hiring process aligned with WesCEF's DEIB Strategy.Lead recruitment campaigns, manage branding initiatives, and coordinate volume recruitment activities such as assessment centres.Deliver timely reporting on recruitment metrics and ensure alignment with policies and procedures.About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:
A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, with a focus on strategic hiring.
