Reporting to the Lead: Talent Acquisition, you will join an experienced, high-energy team who are responsible and passionate about filling vacancies with high quality candidates for the Gold Fields operations in Australia.

This role is offered on a 9 day fortnight roster (full time hours) at our Perth corporate office on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract basis.

About the role: Sourcing, selecting, and placing candidates into a range of roles across our Operations locally and globally; Lead the end-to-end recruitment process and deliver a high-quality service and support to the People and Engagement team, Heads of Departments and Hiring Managers; Proactive recruiting through developing and maintaining a network and talent pool of quality candidates for future business needs; and, Leverage multiple candidate sourcing channels to identify and recruit candidates. About you: Prior experience in an internal or external recruitment role with strong administration skills; Prior experience in Mining or Resource related recruitment; Knowledge of equipment and mining processes would be highly desirable; Ability to multitask and work in a high pressure and busy environment with strong attention to detail; and, Previous experience with SuccessFactors would be highly regarded.
