ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the Casual Client Advisor will be responsible for meeting individual and boutique sales targets, providing exceptional client service levels at all times, cultivating and maintaining a loyal client base and assisting with daily boutique operations. The Casual Client Advisor will play a fundamental role in driving the brand awareness.

HARD SKILLS
Knowledge of luxury retail environment Knowledge / passion for watches, new trends in lifestyle, new technologies and sports Fluent in English, and a second language is a plus Selling skills: client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, handling of objections, sales closing, etc. Understanding of sales KPIs: traffic, conversion, sales in volume and value, ASP, mix of sales... Knowledge of Client and Clienteling KPIs Knowledge of digital tools Knowledge of / interest for Brand DNA, history & collections Knowledge of Front and Back tools Knowledge of (Brand) Retail Procedures SOFT SKILLS
