$74,816 package includes salary ($66,212 - $73,085), employer's superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role
The WHS Incident Notification Officer serves as the critical first point of contact for incident notifications and escalation at TAFE NSW. This role is pivotal in providing objective and responsive support, ensuring callers feel confident that their incidents will be handled with the utmost professionalism and promptness.
About You
You deliver high-quality customer service by managing workplace enquiries and incident reports efficiently. You build trust with callers by providing accurate information and ensuring incidents are addressed promptly and effectively. You accurately register and process incident details, follow up as needed, and escalate complex issues with all necessary details.
