About the Role Hastings Deering is currently recruiting for a Systems Solutions Consultant to support our Aftermarket Solutions team. Based in Brisbane but allowing flexibility for travel, this is a Permanent position.
This role supports a holistic approach to equipment health through connected asset management tools and system health analysis.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Insights and Market Analysis including sharing customer feedback, market trends and case studies, comparing competitive offerings and analysing market segments.Health Recommendations and Maintenance Optimisation including promoting and supporting proactive equipment health recommendations and promoting condition monitoring tools to optimise equipment health and productivity.Marketing and promotion including implementing tailored marketing plans and programs and promoting HD services with customers, internal stakeholders and third-party resellers.Service and compliance including addressing parts services supply issues including quality and continuity and ensuring all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and Caterpillar standards.About You You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:
Trade qualification.Comprehensive understanding of the laboratory services and the ability to use this data practically to assist customers.Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial customer relationships.Previous experience managing multiple tasks/priorities to ensure deliverables are met on time and to a high standard.High attention to detail.About the Benefits Hastings Deering offers a wide range of benefits including:
