Product Support Rep - Laboratory ServicesAbout the Role
Hastings Deering is currently recruiting for a Product Support Services Representative to support our Laboratory Services team. Based in Brisbane but allowing flexibility for travel, this is a Permanent position.
The key responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to:
Identify opportunities and maintain client accountsProvide training to internal and external customers ensuring software and services are utilized to full potentialAssist customers in achieving outcomes from services undertaken such as oil, coolant, diesel, grease or filtergram analysisProspecting clients through your own research, strategic cold calling, warm leads and existing databasesDevelop lasting relationships with clients based on trust and adding value to their businessReport and communicate internally to ensure opportunities are being maximized and customer expectations are being metAbout You
Trade qualification or relevant tertiary qualifications are desirableStrong customer serviceAbility to build effective relationships with internal and external clientsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailHigh level of problem-solving with the ability to work autonomouslyAustralian driver's licenseFlexibility for extensive work travel within the company footprint as requiredAn understanding of oil analysis servicesAbout the Benefits
