We are in need of Systems Engineers with experience across test and integration, design, verification and validation and commissioning of military systems.
Permanent and contract positions are available across the Greater Brisbane area.
Potential Tasks: Provide specialist advice and guidance on the delivery of engineering tasks.Design and develop military systems and equipment including testing, integration, installing and managing the systems and equipment.Derive system requirements, define the test requirements and participate in system design and system requirements reviews.Undertake functional analysis to identify the optimum solution against a set of requirements and develop system specifications.Perform the integration and validation of complex system designs.Ensure all documents and artefacts generated are in accordance with appropriate standard procedures and work instructions.Skills/Experience: Bachelor of engineering or relevant tertiary qualifications.Firm knowledge of product development.Experience across the full systems engineering life-cycle.Strong communications skills both written and oral.A high level of self-motivation, time management and organisational ability.Ideally experience working with SATCOM, satellite, RF, combat or critical military systems.Australian Citizenship essential; current or reinstatable clearance required.Please apply in Word format; PDF is also accepted.
