This role focuses on leveraging integration tools, automation frameworks, and AI-driven insights to align disconnected platforms, enable seamless data flow, and deliver actionable outcomes. Additionally, the role empowers teams across academic, finance, and marketing functions to perform low-level data interrogation, reducing reliance on centralised data teams while building internal programming capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Systems Integration: Support seamless system integration across platforms like Salesforce, Slack, Google, and Microsoft, ensuring improved interoperability and alignment with governance standards.Automation: Identify manual tasks, implement automation workflows, and optimise processes to reduce grey work and enhance efficiency.Capacity Building: Design reusable automation templates, provide training, and develop documentation to enable self-service capabilities for business teams.Technology Roadmap: Contribute to integration planning, evaluate new tools, and support implementation of approved solutions.Data Analysis: Collaborate with BI teams to enable data accessibility, identify workflow optimisation opportunities, and develop automated reporting solutions using AI tools.Training: Create user guides and conduct workshops to share integration best practices and empower teams.Security and Compliance: Support data security assessments and ensure compliance with protection standards across integrated systems.If you're passionate about systems integration, automation, and data-driven decision-making, apply to be part of our innovative team!QualificationsThe person we seek will ideally have the following:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.2-3 years' experience in systems integration or related roles.Experience with integration platforms and basic scripting knowledge.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions.Demonstrated ability to support self-service data access initiatives.Desirable: Familiarity with AI tools, certification in integration technologies (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft), and experience in higher education or similar environments.Additional InformationWhat we can offerWe offer careers across our global operations.We recognise and reward.We understand the importance of showing appreciation.We care for you.
