We are built on over 50 years' experience as industry specialists, and exceptional service is the cornerstone of our business.About the opportunityReporting to the GM HSE, the primary objective of this position is the development, implementation, management and improvement of the Management System Framework across Autocare. Key specific objectives of the role will include:The development of a Systems and Governance Framework that considers all functions to establish overall Autocare processes for Business Continuity and Compliance.Creation and maintenance of system documentation in accordance with established and approved processes and in accordance with Quality Management System requirements.Ensure key stakeholders are consulted in the definition of and accountability for processes within the organisation.Ensure system is constructed in compliance with legislated, National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) and ISO accreditation requirements.Establish and implement a means for monitoring effectiveness of processes and systems in fulfilling their intended purpose.About your experienceYou will have a sound knowledge of corporate governance functions and strategic initiatives including processes, policies and systems as well as ISO accreditation framework and requirements. Skills and experience will include:Demonstrated experience in governance, internal audit or risk management roles.Tertiary qualifications in a business, policy, legal or associated discipline highly regarded.Proven business partnering experience, managing and building relationships with all necessary stakeholders.An ability to prepare reports, policies and procedures.Practical experience in developing and implementing business improvement activities with any knowledge of 6 Sigma, LEAN Manufacturing, Kanban and Kaizen principles and methodology very highly regarded.Ultimately, the appointee will take a positive risk management and customer centric approach to the development of simple and fit-for-purpose Management Systems, advocating our core values of safety, people & teamwork, customer and performance.The BenefitsWorking for us will put you in a strategic position with your career, with opportunities for growth and development along with financial and non-financial benefits.
