Your New Challenge:We are looking for a well-rounded IT professional skilled in designing and deploying solutions that leverage Microsoft, Linux, Palo Alto Firewalls, and networking and security technologies. Your Core Responsibilities: Excel in a dynamic environment, balancing Business As Usual (BAU) and project tasks with exceptional self-organisation and time management.Lead the management and enhancement of core application platforms across Wintel, Linux, and Network, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks.Utilise a process-driven approach for in-depth analysis and strategic problem resolution.Demonstrate expert troubleshooting skills and logical thinking, taking ownership of complex issues across Windows, Linux, Network, Security, and Backup infrastructure systems.Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.Who We Are Looking For: An IT professional with 5 to 10+ years of experience who thrives in diverse, hands-on roles spanning different areas of IT infrastructure.Strong networking skills and significant experience with Palo Alto technologies (PCNSA preferred) and other networking and security solutions, with proficiency in server/network security architecture.Proficiency in cloud architectures, particularly AWS and Azure, is essential. Familiarity with VMware vSphere and Terraform is highly regarded.Enthusiasm for automation and scripting (Bash/Batch/PowerShell), with a proven ability to streamline operations.A solid understanding of ITIL frameworks, with a relentless drive for continuous learning and embracing new technologies.Any technical certification achieved in the last 5 years is highly regarded.We are seeking a dedicated professional who thrives in dynamic environments, values precision, and demonstrates a strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset.
